Excellent experience!

I brought my chevy C5500 to the dealer to get the front wheels aligned. The toe was out and the truck was pulling to the right. Whomever inspected the truck said the alignment was within specs and that the problem was the front tires. Scott said the front tires were cupping. Cupping is an unusual wear pattern on the outside or inside edge of the tire. THERE is NO cupping on these tires. There is an unusual wear pattern on the center rib of the tread. That pattern is called feathering. It is caused by mis-adjusted toe of the front wheels. When Scott told me what they had found (which was all wrong) he also told me they could not do the alignment because of the size of the truck. I was told to take the truck to the heavy shop at NEXTRAN. The heavy shop could not do the job, I spent 3 hours and got nothing for it. The next day I DID find a shop that corrected the problem and said the feathering would correct over time with the correct wheel alignment.

For the most part Seth did a good job. Only problem I had was that he thought he knew how my warranty company would react to in regards to what they would cover. He should have spoke with them about servicing the transmission but he did not and I was on the hook for the expense. When I spoke with the warranty company they said to replace it. If he would have spoke to them instead of assuming what they would do I wouldn’t be paying for the service. It was under warranty and a transmission service at 20000 miles is not normal.

Was great

2004 Chevrolet 3500 was brought in to Light Truck service department. After inspection the Carrier bearing was broken and needed to be replaced as well as leaking heater hoses. Both areas were serviced and completed.

By far the best buying experience I have ever had. Walked in the door Glenn approached me we talked 5 minutes, and he got the numbers together for my new EV Sierra Denali. The rest was on me. Making sure it was a right fit and to get cashier's check and what not together. The next day went to pick the truck up and literally took only like 10 minutes. Didn't have to sit in a finance office and listen to the guy try and sell extras stuff; even though I did get a loan from them. That is such a stress relief. You go to buy a NEW vehicle than someone tries to tell you why you should buy all this extra stuff. Sounds like they don't have confidence in their cars they sell. NOT this dealership! Truly no haggle and very friendly staff. I will see them again in the future. Thank you Glenn!!

Fast and as described

I was very pleased with my experience at NEXTRAN, they are always very friendly and get my car right in for the oil change and they update me if there is something else I need, in this case I needed a new cabin air filter, they added that and promptly got me on my way.

This was the easiest process I have ever had. No pressure and after we decided to buy everything was FAST and smooth.

Anytime I have auto issues I know I can trust Nextran for a fast, honest repair. Scott and Jaron are always keeping me informed.

Repairs were completed as requested with the exception of vehicle front end alignment. I was told that your alignment rack was not large enough to handle my motorhome chassis. Which I find interesting considering just a few years ago when I brought my motorhome in for an alignment when the repair shop was Westfall GMC they had no issue with handling the front end alignment of my motorhome chassis. This was the reason I chose to come back. I suppose I will need to find another repair shop to take my motorhome for future repairs.

Scott is the man. Top notch service and support. I brought the unit in for a flat tire and they took upon themselves to find a leaking pinion seal that would've lead to catastrophic failure. Going above and beyond is a culture not an expectation.
